Horse Stamp Inn Cleaning Team Member

Job Summary:
As a member of our cleaning team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the property between guest stays. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards will directly contribute to our guests' satisfaction and overall experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas following the checklist provided, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, and common areas.
2. Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities according to established standards.
3. Perform deep cleaning tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping floors, and cleaning windows.
4. Restock household supplies, including toiletries, cleaning products, and guest refreshments.
5. Inspect properties for damages or maintenance issues and report them to the appropriate personnel.
6. Communicate effectively with property owners, managers, and fellow team members to ensure smooth coordination of cleaning schedules and tasks.
7. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

1. Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping roles is preferred but not required.
2. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
3. Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
4. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
5. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
6. Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects.
7. Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
8. Reliable transportation to travel between properties.
   

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
