Absolutely! We're more than happy to accommodate early check-ins when the property is ready. However, during the summer months, due to high demand and same-day turnovers, early check-ins may be more challenging to arrange.

2. Can I Host an Event During My Stay?
While you can't book the estate for a vacation and host an event simultaneously, don't worry! We're also a weddings and events venue, and I'd be delighted to assist you in booking your event separately from Airbnb/Vrbo.

3. Can We Feed the Horses?
Of course! Elvis and Renegade are always thrilled to receive treats like carrots and apples from our guests. They're friendly creatures who adore attention.

4. Does the Pond Have Fish?
Yes, indeed! Our pond is stocked, perfect for fishing enthusiasts. We operate under a catch and release policy, ensuring the enjoyment of future guests.

5. Are We the Only Guests on the Property During Our Stay?
Absolutely! When you stay with us, you have exclusive access to the entire property, except for the barn. While you enjoy your vacation, scheduled routine care, such as landscaping and pool maintenance, may occur, but rest assured, you have the property all to yourselves.

6. What Is Expected of Us When We Check Out?
We kindly ask that you leave the property in the same condition you found it. Simple tidying up, such as washing dishes and taking out the trash, is appreciated. Your cooperation ensures a seamless transition for our next guests.
